Updated render
Fixed the composition a little.
Shaders are almost finalized. There's a weird artifact happening on the wineglass that I don't really know how to fix. Otherwise, all that's left of surface is the wine bottle, roughing up the edges on the cheese, and the cork.
Lighting is still preliminary, but it will match the reference image.

I'm lighting by eye, but here's a photo for reference taken as close to my eye level as possible.
I haven't gone on to match color yet, but I'm pretty happy with the light placement. The three main sources of light are:

Fruit Composition
I can't decide which composition to go with. I'll most likely go with the bottom one because it'll show off the lighting better as a more holistic view.
